What You'll Do

• Work as a member of a group in an assembly line
• Work individually
• Properly wear PPE
• Properly fill out Daily, Weekly, and Monthly P.M.
• Report any nonconformity to line leads
• Follow simple cleaning chores 
• Daily check calibration due dates
• Comprehend and follow production & test methods
• Pull parts as needed for assembly
• Comprehend and follow production routes, bills of material and prints.
• Operate hydraulic or manual presses and other simple machines in assembly process.
• Understand and follow employee handbook.
• Follow and maintain accuracy of all inventory procedures.
• Understand and know where the Material Safety Data Sheets are located.
• Follow all safety rules & requirements.
• Fill out daily labor cards correctly and completely.
• Observe working hour schedules (starting time, quitting, rest & clean up periods)
• Able to cross trains as needed.
• Maintain all surrounding areas for cleanliness, orderliness and organization.

What you'll need

Knowledge of:

• Basic Computer Knowledge, able to work with small parts and tools.

Skills/Ability to:

• Able to work standing for a long period of time, able to lift a maximum of 40 pounds, perform repetitive work.
• Able to work with a team and cross train in different areas on the production line.
