We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh McLennan as an Asistente Administrativo. This role will be based in a hybrid work model with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

This position supports six senior leaders across LATAM, including the CEO in Peru and regional leaders in Mexico City and Miami. Responsibilities are divided between supporting the CEO in Peru with expense control, travel arrangements, calendar management, and administrative projects such as room reservations and event catering. For the other leaders, the role includes travel booking, expense control, and managing company cell phone policies.

We will count on you to:

• Manage travel arrangements and expense control for senior leaders
• Coordinate calendar and meeting room reservations, ensuring event logistics such as catering
• Support administrative projects and enforce company policies related to mobile phones
• Provide multitasking support with initiative and problem-solving skills

What you need to have:

• Any bachelor’s degree or High School diploma
• Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for database management
• Advanced English skills
