Position:

The Administrative and Events Assistant at Sakira is a critical role that combines accounting accuracy with high-level hospitality management. This position ensures administrative operations, travel logistics, and the coordination of high-level events. It serves as the main point of contact for international visitors, ensuring their experience in the country is seamless and exceptional.

Key Responsibilities

Budget Control:
Monitor and record operational expenses, ensuring compliance with assigned budgets.

Accounting and Procurement:
Perform expense reconciliations, manage per diem expenses, and handle invoicing. Execute high-level corporate purchases with cost efficiency.

Excel Management:
Create and maintain expense tracking dashboards and vendor databases.

Itinerary Management:
Purchase airline tickets, book hotels, and coordinate private transportation.

Champro Host:
Oversee all aspects of Champro team visits, ensuring that all requirements of the President and Owner are met (agenda, dinners, transportation, protocols).

Event Planning:
Organize business dinners, board meetings, and corporate events at Sakira from start to finish.

Vendor Management:
Negotiate and supervise catering services, venues, and technical resources.

Requirements

Languages:
Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher (mandatory: spoken and written).

Experience:
Strong knowledge of basic accounting, expense control, and administrative processes.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer tools

Soft Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Corporate etiquette and excellent interpersonal communication
  • Problem-solving skills and absolute discretion
