ASIC Verification Engineer

Responsible for functional verification of next generation ASIC controller to test LPDDR6. Write detailed test plans for IP and SoC module. Collect code and functional coverage for respective design. Simulate and debug functional cases that will ensure design is working as expected. Provide reports (daily, weekly) on verification progress and metrics. Support both RTL and GLS simulations until CHIP tape-out. Support with post-Si debug and bring-up issues.

Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field.

Position requires:

1. ASIC design or verification;

2. EDA tools, ASIC simulations, and debugging;

3. Python programming language;

4. Universal Verification Methodology;

5. SystemVerilog Assertions.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology, Inc. estimates it could pay for this full-time position is $125,000.00 - $196,500.00 per year. For additional pay & benefits information, please refer to the requisition at Micron.com/careers.
