What are we looking for?
1.Higher Education in Accounting, Finance or a related field. A CPA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
2.Excellent collaboration and influencing skills
3.Strong planning and communication skills
4.Learning agility / able to zoom out and zoom in as time requires
5.Strategic thinking and dealing with ambiguity
6.Energy and vitality to thrive in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.
7.Track record of successful FP&A head or Finance co-pilot head experiences
8.Prior Experience in a FMCG or Healthcare company is preferred
9.Market CFO experience will be a plus
What will be your key responsibilities?
1.Lead Royal Canin APAC annual Financial Shaping process and target setting, liaising with different functions and leadership team at different levels (i.e. global, region, markets). Ensure financial plans are fully aligned to the strategic direction and aspirations of the business.
2.Lead the periodic financial analysis and decision-making process including period closing, period reviews and S&OP IR/MBR. Ensure robust financial reporting, quality analysis with insights to measure performance and effectively guide So-What business decisions to ensure delivery of APAC value creation target.
3.Lead strategic planning process (i.e. iVCP) to shape mid-term to long-term business strategy to achieve 2030 ambition.
4.Partner with Regional Demand Director, enabling regional demand trade-off decisions supported by in-depth financial analysis.
5.Partner with Regional People & Organization Vice President on Overheads management and Productivity related projects.
6.Effectively lead, support and develop the APAC FP&A / Co-pilot community, such as digitalization, capability building, talent development, etc.
7.Key bridge between Global, region and markets. Support global project deployments in APAC region, and support APAC markets to secure the right level of global and regional support.
8.Work closely with APAC G&C manager, improve and ensure compliance with internal processes and governance standards. Instill strong cost control and planning discipline to assist senior leadership in achieving business targets.
