OTIS, líder a nivel mundial del sector de la elevación, con más de 72.000 empleados, basado en 220 territorios, está contratando un/a COMERCIAL DE MODERNIZACIÓN (H/M) DE ASCENSORES en MADRID:

Como TÉCNICO COMERCIAL (H/M) en el área de modernización de ascensores, tus funciones serán:

  • Analizar la cartera existente y trabajar en equipo con supervisores y técnicos para desarrollar estrategias en la búsqueda de oportunidades.

  • Gestionar las relaciones externas para lograr la captación de nuevos clientes a través de la modernización de ascensores.

  • Gestionar y hacer seguimiento de todas las fases del proyecto enfocados en la modernización de ascensores desde la prescripción, si fuera necesaria, hasta el cobro.

  • Análisis de proyectos (interpretación de planos, inspección de instalaciones, documentación técnica, etc.) y elaboración de presupuestos adaptados a cada uno de ellos con enfoque en la seguridad, eficiencia energética y calidad.

  • Colaborar con el equipo técnico en la planificación y ejecución de dichos proyectos para una correcta alineación de objetivos y maximización de satisfacción del cliente.

  • Proporcionar asesoramiento técnico y comercial, asegurando la satisfacción del cliente y la calidad del servicio tratando de mejorar sus expectativas

  • Colaboración con la parte de ejecución de obra a fin de lograr la realización y ejecución de proyectos con calidad poniendo atención a posibles desviaciones en tiempo o producto que requieran de modificaciones de costes y/o precios de venta.

  • Participación en las reuniones periódicas de su delegación, así como en todas aquellas extraordinarias en las que sea requerida su presencia con el objetivo principal de satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes y aseguramiento de la calidad.

Para tener éxito en esta posición, necesitamos:

FORMACIÓN: Diplomatura o Licenciatura (preferentemente Ingeniería o Arquitectura). Grado Superior FP.

EXPERIENCIA: preferentemente de al menos 2 años en el departamento comercial de una empresa en el sector de la elevación.

OFIMÁTICA: dominio Ms Office 365.

IDIOMAS: inglés valorable, no imprescindible.
