Propósito del Puesto

Liderar estrategias de educación clínica que impulsen la adopción de tecnologías estratégicas, convirtiendo el conocimiento científico en demanda sostenible. Actuar como enlace entre Marketing, Ventas y Profesionales de la Salud, capacitando a HCP, staff comercial y retail en el correcto uso de los productos y sus diferenciadores, para generar un impacto medible en la práctica clínica y en los resultados del negocio.

Responsabilidades Clave:

Educación Clínica Estratégica

  • Diseñar e implementar programas de educación continua alineados a las prioridades estratégicas del portafolio.
  • Desarrollar contenidos científicos con enfoque clínico-comercial que faciliten la adopción de tecnologías.
  • Adaptar estrategias educativas por segmento (hospital público, privado, distribuidores y retail).
  • Capacitar equipos internos (Ventas) fortaleciendo su argumentación clínica.

Soporte en campo con equipo de ventas

  • Acompañar al equipo de Ventas en cuentas clave para fortalecer la propuesta clínica de valor.
  • Asesorar en la selección y uso adecuado de productos en escenarios clínicos reales.
  • Identificar oportunidades clínicas que habiliten penetración y expansión de mercado.
  • Participar en capacitaciones , talleres entrenamientos locales sobre el portafolio de productos y diferenciadores

Generación de Demanda Basada en Educación

  • Traducir necesidades clínicas en oportunidades de negocio.
  • Promover la transición del HCP hacia tecnologías innovadoras como es el portafolio de marcas y productos core de Convatec
  • Medir impacto de las actividades con HCP basadas en el buen uso y desplazamiento de los productos.

Desarrollo de Proyectos Científicos y Evidencia Clínica

  • Apoyar en generación de evidencia clínica local (casos clínicos, reportes, evaluaciones clínicas, asegurando el correcto y buen uso de los productos Convatec).
  • Colaborar con líderes de opinión y profesionales de la salud, capacitando y compartiendo los datos más recientes sobre nuestro portafolio de productos.

Formación Académica

  • Profesional en el área de la salud: Médico(a) o Enfermero(a).
  • Especialidad o diplomado en heridas, estomas o áreas afines (deseable).

Experiencia

  • 4–6 años de experiencia clínica en el área de la salud, idealmente en heridas, estomas o áreas afines.
  • Experiencia en educación clínica y capacitación a profesionales de la salud.
  • Experiencia colaborando con equipos comerciales (Ventas/Marketing) para la adopción de tecnologías.
  • Experiencia en soporte clínico en campo, manejo de cuentas clave y generación de evidencia clínica (casos, evaluaciones, protocolos).
