What You Will Achieve
Your expertise in the manufacturing domain will help Pfizer with the operations required for the oversight or operational activities involved in the aseptic cleaning and/or other chemical cleaning involved in manufacturing plants or distribution centers. As part of technical operations, you will be developing and applying your knowledge of procedures, techniques, tools, materials and equipment. Your receptiveness to new ideas will enhance the team's ability to achieve goals and targets. You will follow standard procedures to complete tasks and identify process issues or problems that involve direct application of your skills/knowledge. You will be relied on to solve complex problems within your area of expertise. Role Responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining aseptic conditions in all controlled areas according to specific instructions and standard operating procedures. Duties must be performed in compliance with CGMP and safety rules. Must be self-motivated and detail oriented. Duties include, but are not limited to, activities such as mopping, wiping, stretching, lifting, and standing.

- Perform tasks in compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) and safety rules.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in operations and technician's work
- Ability to learn to use industry standard software, such as Quality Tracking System, Pfizer Document Management System, Enterprise Asset Management Solution
- Attention to detail, a sense of urgency and the ability to work unsupervised
- Good interpersonal skills in order to maintain employee relations and good training skills
- Good English reading, writing, and speaking skills
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to function under a stressful situation while being able to remain focused on the necessary requirements. In addition, must be able to appropriately identify and escalate issues on a timely basis.
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Rotating schedule of 12 hours (7pm-7am) and a 2-3-2 working days. Usually works every other weekend and Holiday hours may be required in order to meet business and/or customer needs.

The salary for this position ranges from $18.99 to $31.65 per hour. In addition, this position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Company's policies.
