This is a remote position.
This role will involve coordinating across IT teams, clinical operations, patient access, marketing/communications, and the Epic build teams to define requirements, validate workflows, configure the communication logic, support testing, and manage the overall change implications. It's a cross-functional project that touches technical build, integration with downstream systems, operational readiness, and patient-facing communication strategy. It's a highly visible acquisition that blends technology, process optimization, engagement design, and change management to support a more connected and consistent experience for our patients.
The ASC portion of the project will be complemented with another small project to fill out the PM's time. This project will be focused on re-opening an L&D unit at one of the organization's Illinois hospitals. Exact timeline is TBD but will largely occur within the overall time frame of the above-described ASC project. This Illinois hospital previously had an L&D department that was sunset. This will involve managing Epic build, technology requirements/install, and third-party applications (presently TBD).
Kick off will occur in early August with Go Live tentatively targeting the first week of January 2027, with a standard two-week support window.
