ASC ASSOCIATE
About The Position
The ASC Associate performs a variety of confidential, clerical, and administrative duties in the Ameren Services Center, Personnel Administration department, maintaining a high degree of integrity to safeguard the Company’s position on confidential matters.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administer of a full array of employee and consultant data changes in Workday to include but not limited to hiring, promotions, terminations, probationary ratings, education updates, etc.
- Process job postings for all management positions and some contract positions, including bid rack up for the contract positions.
- Addressing ServiceNow tickets as assigned.
- Administer seniority maintenance and TRIS time keeping system revisions.
- Maintain employee personnel and medical files. Scanning and filing confidential employee information as required. Prepare various statistical reports from data extracted from Workday.
- Partnering with various Ameren groups to complete essential business processes.
- Assisting legal with file copy requests.
- Process data changes for deceased employees/retirees.
- Assist DOT Administration personnel with DOT related activities as assigned on occasion.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Three or more years of administrative experience required. Experience in Human Resources preferred.
In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate:
Working knowledge of the MS Office Suite of applications required; knowledge of Workday preferred; knowledge of union rules and seniority preferred; and the following Ameren competencies: Be Strategic, Continuously Improve, Think Customer, Deliver Results, Engage Respectfully, and Foster Collaboration.

Ameren’s selection process includes a series of interviews and may include a leadership assessment process. Specific details will be provided to qualified candidates.
Compensation Range:
$52,200.00 - $75,700.00
At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
