- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of network configurations, support activities, and encountered issues.
Skills & Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in network administration, with expertise in SD-WAN technology.
- Strong understanding of networking principles, routing protocols, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant certifications such as Aruba SD-WAN or SilverPeak, CCNA, or CCNP are a significant advantage.
- 2–3 years of active experience with network security products, including installation and support.
- In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP v4, with a basic understanding of TCP/IP v6.
- Familiarity with network architectures, including routing, switching, SDN, and network security.
