Job Description Summary

The Regional Supply Chain European Artwork HUB is a central team within the Regional Supply Chain organisation, responsible for coordinating the creation of artworks (the electronic record used to represent the regulatory and technical information needed to produce printed packaging materials for medicines, e.g. patient information leaflet, folding box, label, blister) for 80% of Sandoz products in Europe due to new product launches and regulatory changes. Artwork Change Coordinators are responsible for streamlining the activities of all stakeholders in the process and keeping an eye on timely implementation, thus working closely with departments like Regulatory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Packaging Sites, Launch departments and Global Artwork Suppliers.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Creating and changing packaging artworks for medicinal products and ensuring the required quality.
• Conducting all technical arrangements regarding the preparation of packaging artworks for medicinal products distributed to the markets of the Sandoz group, with group companies, external manufacturers, artwork studios and other suppliers.
• Cooperation and coordination of the creation of graphic designs between the parties involved.
• Monitoring the status of current artworks and interact with the parties involved in the process.
• Maintaining current documentation regarding the creation and change of artworks.
• Monitoring the timeliness, quantity, and categorization of ordered projects.
• Ensuring that duties are performed on time.
• Improving the process of preparing artworks. specialist
• Improving the process and communication between parties involved in creating artworks.
• Carrying out other orders of the superior.
   

Our requirements:

• Education: Preferred education in management, pharmacy, related graphics/printing.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Skills: Knowledge of the artwork process of printing packaging materials for medicinal products; MS Office (advanced)  especially - advanced Excel knowledge and experience with ERP systems will be an additional advantage
• Languages : Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written), other European languages will be an additional advantage.
