We are looking for a strategic-minded, execution-oriented Artists & Label Partnerships Manager for Taiwan, to join Spotify’s Music team based in Taipei. In this role, you will be part of the Music team in Southeast Asia, reporting to the regional Head of Artists & Label Partnerships.

What You'll Do
- Focusing on the Taiwan music landscape, You will be the primary point of contact for local and global music partners based in Taiwan, ensuring that Spotify remains the most valued partner for artists and our industry partners, utilising on-platform promotion and off-platform marketing to ensure Spotify is the premiere platform for artist development
- Develop and execute a holistic music strategy for Taiwan that aligns with regional business goals
- You will contribute your expertise to various music-related projects within the company, executing on creative and cross-functional collaborations in the region and beyond, building impactful and innovative artist partnerships to enable artists and artist-fan engagement
- You will proactively identify music trends, emerging talent and opportunities in the local and global music landscape, providing deep cultural and musical insights with the local SEA team to execute pivotal initiatives, your global counterparts on multi-market campaigns and other key internal partners & teams including editorial, artist marketing, consumer marketing, licensing and others
- Support and educate our key partners across artists and labels communities in Taiwan on Spotify tools, resources and insights to encourage them and improve their daily business
- Lead artists & label partnerships representation in high-impact cross-functional projects and strategic bets at both a regional and global level
- Ensure Spotify has the best possible content offering in Taiwan and use this to further Spotify’s appeal to existing and new users
- Work with regional Editorial teams and regional Genre Groups on high priority releases, as well as other cross-functional teams to progress towards various content objectives
- Connect other Spotify teams with the music industry to help drive and execute opportunities driven by Spotify and our partners. You will act as liaison between Spotify and artist / label partners.
Who You Are
- You have at least 7+ years of working experience with label and artist relations in an established digital music service, record label, media or tech company. Regional and global experience would be an added advantage
- You have a deep understanding and established network within the local music industry in Taiwan and have built relevant contacts with labels and artists to effectively collaborate with the community
- You will demonstrate a team player spirit, a passion for performance-oriented analytics, and a solid understanding of Spotify’s role in the music industry both locally and globally
- You are skilled at leveraging data and audience insights to support strategic decisions and build clear narratives
- You are culturally aware, with the ability to critically evaluate music trends, emerging movements and audience behaviour beyond just data
- You are a confident storyteller and public speaker. You are able to prepare and deliver executive level presentations, effectively advocate for the market and secure stakeholder buy-in with ease
- You are well organised and detail-oriented with the ability to plan, deliver on tight deadlines and pay outstanding attention to detail
- You are at ease and have proven experience navigating fast-changing priorities in a dynamic environment, comfortable navigating complex global-to-local organizational structures and aligning cross-functional teams around Music priorities
- You have strong project management skills with a consistent record in marketing and operations
- You have excellent negotiation and people skills and consistently demonstrates a positive attitude
- You have experience working within Taiwan and ideally across multiple markets within regional and global teams
- Fluent in English and Mandarin. Fluency in regional languages would be an added advantage

- This role is based in Taipei
