The Role

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Artificial Intelligence (AI) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Coordinator. This individual will act as the and will be responsible for identifying testing needs as well as creating and executing testing plans for AI and Generative AI conversational experiences across our Virtual Assistant platforms that reach over 30 million Wells Fargo customers. In this role, you will:

  • Interacting and coordinating with business experts to understand business flows and rules
  • Partnering with business and technology partners to develop testing plans for each defined customer experience release-over-release
  • Identifying test scenarios and translate them into executable UAT test scripts across testing phases
  • Managing and maintaining processes and routines such as defect management and deferrals via JIRA, ALM and other, release planning, test case management  
  • Coordinate testing resources including UAT testers, testing tool access and test data provisioning
  • Tracking and reporting of test execution and completion across all testing phases

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Artificial Intelligence Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of test plans, test cases, testing procedures, test scripts and expected results
  • Advanced analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years working with Artificial Intelligence (AI) disciplines such as Machine Learning (ML) or Natural Language Processing (NLP)
  • 2+ years across PDLC or SDLC; familiar with different types of testing & validation
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience managing projects with the following tools: JIRA, Rally and/or ALM
  • Proactive, innovative and creative in meeting customer and enterprise needs
  • Execute against business vision, strategies, and goals in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
  • Spanish speaking proficieny
  • Ability to be proactive, innovative and creative in meeting customer and enterprise needs

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to work on-site at approved location at least three days a week

Pay Range for New York, NY & San Francisco Bay Area: $115,900.00 - 206,100.00 annually
