We are seeking a high-impact AI Delivery Manager with 10–15 years of experience to oversee enterprise-level AI/ML and GenAI initiatives from inception through to deployment.

This position suits a professional who excels in global delivery settings, handles large-scale program management, and has the ability to implement AI solutions across complex enterprise environments.


Requirements

🎯 Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete delivery lifecycle of AI/ML & GenAI projects (from POC to production)
  • Coordinate programs involving:
  • Large Language Model (LLM) applications (RAG, Agents, Copilots)
  • Data science and machine learning deployments
  • AI-powered automation initiatives
  • Lead program governance, KPI tracking, and excellence in delivery
  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders (CTO, CIO, Product Leaders)
  • Oversee global and distributed engineering and data teams
  • Ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery

🧠 Experience Required

  • 10 to 15 years of experience in Program or Delivery Management
  • Demonstrated success managing large enterprise-level programs
  • Practical experience with AI/ML/GenAI projects (1 to 3+ years)
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Global delivery frameworks
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Budget management and portfolio ownership
  • Preferred background in data platforms or enterprise systems

⚙️ Preferred Technical Knowledge

  • Familiarity with GenAI technologies such as LangChain, LLM frameworks, and AI copilots
  • Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Understanding of MLOps, data pipeline development, and AI system architecture
