Position Summary:
The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Infrastructure product manager role is responsible for maximizing the value of the Enterprise AI Infrastructure capabilities required to support the Bank’s model development and model inferencing at scale. Job duties include setting the vision and roadmap for AI Infrastructure products, prioritizing the delivery, and effectively communicating to all partners. This role works closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment with the product priorities. The product manager is an expert in AI infrastructure, business or technology domain, and the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product expert for AI infrastructure capabilities including both on premise and Cloud offerings
- Define the vision and roadmap for the AI Infrastructure based on customer requirements, industry trends, regulations, and the strategic direction for the business or technology domain. Drive product selection, RFx, etc.
- Ensure alignment across AI Infrastructure roadmaps to achieve portfolio objectives and support the financials and budget
- Articulate roadmaps and features to Global Technology stakeholders and partners including CIO, Architecture & Engineering, Production Support and Information Security
- Define and prioritize features/epics in the program book of work
- Represent product(s) within AI Infrastructure to control partners, e.g., Finance, Audit/Risk, Lines of Business
- Continuously oversee product inventory, performance, lifecycle and risk to ensure product health
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience as an infrastructure engineer or product manager in a related infrastructure technology
- 5+ years of experience working as a SME in a related infrastructure technology
- AI Infrastructure architecture experience within a large corporation is preferred
- Knowledge of key technologies including Nvidia AI platforms, RedHat AI portfolio or similar infrastructure platforms
- Excellent written and oral communication skills including experience interacting with senior leadership and industry experts
- Must have strong program management skills necessary to lead multi-discipline technology teams
- Familiarity with general finance and accounting practices is preferable
- Must have working experience in an Agile managed organization using products such as Jira & Confluence
- Must be a highly motivated, self-directed individual capable of supporting multiple large initiatives
