Key responsibilities include:
Employee Communications and Change Management:
- Design and execute employee communications and change management plan through newsletters, intranet content, people leader and employee meetings, and more to bring employees along on our AI journey.
- Develop and maintain an AI editorial calendar to distribute content enterprise-wide.
- Partner with broader business communications team and provide centralized oversight of all AI communications across the business to ensure messages are aligned and consistent.
- In partnership with the Data Science & AI and Learning teams, develop communication plans to launch training content and learning resources to help employees understand when and how to responsibly use AI while building their confidence in the value of AI.
- Develop communications plan tailored for the Digital Technology team to accelerate their AI capability building and help them understand progress in our AI journey.
Executive Communications:
- Provide executive communication support to the AI leadership team, such as creating briefing documents, FAQs, internal blogs, and more.
- Support content creation and messaging development for AI related presentations such as AI Teach-Ins, all employee meetings, leadership events, and more.
Content Development and Storytelling:
- Drive awareness and education by translating the AI strategy into clear stories that explain why the business is investing in AI and how it can accelerate FLIGHT DECK, our proprietary lean operating model, to help us deliver for our customers.
- In partnership with the Data Science & AI organization and the AI leadership team, develop a consistent pipeline of use cases to highlight AI innovations, employee profile stories, and best practices.
- Support content creation and messaging development storytelling opportunities aligned with the AI communications strategy.
- Support the maintenance of content for AI websites, fact sheets, FAQs, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Change Management, Technology or Artificial Intelligence Communications or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in communications or change management, preferably within a digital technology environment.
- Demonstrated experience in artificial intelligence literacy, communicating complex technical topics, and employee change management.

The base pay range for this position is $116,000.00 - 155,000.00 Annually. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary. This posting is expected to close on 4/30/26.
