JOB SUMMARY
As Marketing Technology Manager, you will be the technological cornerstone of our marketing & experience team, driving innovation and efficiency through the strategic use of advanced marketing technologies. This role is pivotal in harnessing the power of marketing platforms for productivity enhancements, competitive differentiation, and transformative marketing strategies. You will spearhead the integration of marketing technologies, guiding the team in becoming proficient and self-reliant in utilizing these tools for a range of applications from campaign management to strategic decision-making.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the design, implementation and optimization of key marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Workfront.
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize the utilization of marketing technologies, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and workflows.
- Oversee data management and integration across marketing platforms to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and actionability.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to align marketing technology initiatives with overall business objectives and technical requirements.
- Train and support the marketing team in the effective use of marketing technology tools for various functions including content management, customer journey mapping, campaign execution, and performance analytics.
- Lead use case development and integration of generative AI and machine learning capabilities into existing marketing technology stack to enhance productivity, personalization, and predictive analytics.

EXPERIENCE
Required
- 5 years of proven experience in implementing and managing AI technologies in a marketing context
- 5 years of experience with innovative problem-solving and strategic planning
- 5 years of experience and expertise in data analytics and predictive modeling
Preferred
- Experience with generative AI and machine learning applications in marketing
- Certifications in relevant marketing technologies (e.g., Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant, Adobe Certified Expert)
- Knowledge of API integrations and basic scripting languages
- Experience in healthcare or regulated industries

Pay Range Minimum:
$92,300.00
Pay Range Maximum:
$170,800.00
Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations. The displayed salary range does not reflect any geographic differential Highmark may apply for certain locations based upon comparative markets.
