Hauptaufgaben:
- Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von vorgegebenen Reworks im Bereich der ca. 360 Basis Warengruppen zur Fehlerkorrektur und Aktualisierung von Artikelklassifizierungen
- Pflege der Klassifizierungsmanuals für alle Basiswarengruppen
- Eigenverantwortliche Prüfung und Durchführung von internen Anfragen aus dem Bereich Dictionary
- Unterstützung beim Aufbau neuer Warengruppen und bei umfangreichen strukturellen Warengruppenüberarbeitungen nach Bedarf
- Definition möglicher Automatisierungen von Klassifikationsvorgaben
- Kontinuierliche Kontrolle und Bereinigung der Artikelstammstrukturen
- Aktive Teilnahme an täglichen Teamabsprachen zur Arbeitsverteilung und Wahrnehmung der Vertretungsregelung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Commercial-Bereich zur Sicherstellung der Datenqualität und -aktualität
Unterstützung und Kommunikation mit anderen Teams aus dem Bereich
Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten:
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit für die Arbeit in einem kollegialen Umfeld
- Detailorientierung und Genauigkeit bei der Datenpflege
- Fähigkeit zur selbstständigen Arbeit und Problemlösung
- Verständnis für Produktklassifikationen und -strukturen im FMCG-Bereich
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Datenbanken und Klassifizierungssystemen von Vorteil
Technische Kenntnisse:
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Excel
- Sehr gerne Erfahrung mit R, Python oder ähnlichen Anwendungen
- Kenntnisse in Linux und Fähigkeit, Skripte in Putty zu bedienen
- Bereitschaft, sich in hauseigene Software und Skriptsprachen einzuarbeiten
Sprachkenntnisse:
- Englisch in Wort und Schrift
