We're on the lookout for an Art Product Development Coordinator to join our Art Studio team. This role works closely with the Curation & Artist Development and Art Production teams to support the design and development of new art products. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

In This Role

  • Manage art product development timelines and calendars 
  • Coordinate the review process for all samples, collaborating with Art Studio Leadership, Design, Merchandising, and Operations teams for approvals 
  • Communicate product delays to the Curation & Artist Development, Product Development and Merchant teams 
  • Support the inbound and outbound processing of original artwork, including documentation, handling and content library management 
  • Track and manage the development of new art products for seasonal launches and speed-to-market initiatives 
  • Prepare professional, branded presentations for internal and external use 
  • Provide administrative support for Curation and Artist Development and Product Development teams, including accurate data entry and tracking within product lifecycle management systems 
  • and Art Studio related databases 
  • Coordinate the Speed to Market process of adding new sizes and frames to existing products 
  • Collect, organize, and manage Art Studio sample kits, tear sheets and other materials for both Art Studio and Four Hands sales teams 
  • Coordinate market and marketing-related requests, including preparation of market materials 
  • Assist the Visual Merchandising team with trade show setup as need 
  • Domestic travel as needed for seasonal trade shows 
  • Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

The Ideal Person

  • 2+ years of experience in product development, design coordination, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design or relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Creative eye and appreciation for design and product presentation
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across multiple teams
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
