  • Providing feedback, guidance, and mentorship to Artists to support their growth and ensure the successful execution of design projects, while also actively contributing to team development through recruitment and ongoing talent nurturing;

  • Structuring the creative process - turning ideas and vision into actionable steps and deliverables;

  • Creating assets and actively participating in creating new locations within the game, where needed;

  • Collaborating with the Producer (Project Manager) to coordinate the planning of assets production;

  • Recruiting, onboarding, and supporting new team members throughout their growth journey;

  • Leading performance reviews, providing regular feedback, and supporting the professional growth and development of team members;

  • Working closely with cross-functional partners and product managers to strengthen and scale the production pipeline as well as drive innovative solutions.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in an art leadership or coordination role in game development (min. 2 years);

  • Possessing knowledge and comprehension of the project's features;

  • A great eye for visual quality, detail, and style consistency;
