YOUR ROLE

We’re seeking an Art Director to join our dynamic team in creating high-quality, high-performing ads and campaigns for a distinguished luxury automotive brand. This role presents several exciting challenges. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the creation and execution of visual and communication concepts that align with our brand identity and client goals. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and innovative individual to develop their skills and grow within our company.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with senior art directors and creative teams to develop and execute creative concepts for various projects, including advertising campaigns, digital content, print materials, and branding initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of visual styles and themes that meet client objectives and project requirements.
  • Produce high-quality visual designs, including graphics, layouts, and mock-ups, ensuring consistency with the brand guidelines.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance overall creative output.
  • Work closely with copywriters, designers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and compelling visual storytelling.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the team.
  • Assist in presenting creative concepts and design solutions to clients and stakeholders.
  • Revise and refine designs based on feedback from clients and internal team members.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Advanced diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Communication Design or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within an advertising agency, design studio, or in-house creative team.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator & After Effect)
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • A creative portfolio showcasing a range of design work and demonstrating strong conceptual thinking.


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 7 to 9 years’ experience in advertising creative development.
  • Experience with some GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Jasper etc.
  • Preference for candidates who have prior agency experience.
  • Familiarity with digital media/ Social media activation ideation.
  • Basic knowledge of web design and user experience (UX) principles. Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web development skills is a plus.
