About the Role
As an Art Director, you will work closely with the creative team and a copywriter to define and develop creative concepts aligned with clients’ values. The team delivers compelling work across multiple communication channels, and you will own the creation of content and layouts that bring strong ideas to life with high-quality craft.

Key responsibilities:
- Define and develop the creative concept in line with the values of the agency's clients
- Create content for various communication channels, from traditional advertising to digital, and from social to mobile
- Develop layouts for the creative team
- Bring ideas and creative inspiration to the team
- Strive for high-quality craft in every piece of work
- Stay up to date on new media, test emerging platforms, and track online culture and digital trends to inform the work
- Present work clearly and persuasively to clients
- Move effectively between different industries
- Combine creative and critical thinking in your approach
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in communication, creative direction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- At least 3–4 years of experience as an Art Director
- A portfolio including digital/social media campaigns based on strong insights and outstanding visual outputs is highly appreciated
- Strong creative and critical thinking skills
- Problem solving abilities
- Mastery of AI tools and software
- Animation, 3D or editing skills are a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional fluency in Italian, with English fluency highly appreciated
Pay Range
In line with the European Pay Transparency Directive, we are including the pay range for this role. We will determine the final offer based on relevant skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
Salary range: €29,000 - €40,000
CCNL Commercio – 3rd Level or 1st Level
This is a hybrid position and we offer a permanent contract.
