Il tuo lavoro
Adattamento di materiali grafici per diversi formati e piattaforme.
Ideazione e realizzazione di infografiche e contenuti visuali.
Sviluppo e mantenimento di format creativi.
Produzione di materiali digitali.
Gestione e aggiornamento di contenuti tramite Adobe Experience Manager (CMS Adobe).
Aggiornamento di contenuti su piattaforme web tramite backend (attività occasionale).
Supporto alla realizzazione di semplici contenuti video e motion leggera.
Requisiti
Ottima conoscenza della Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign.
Buona sensibilità grafica, attenzione al dettaglio e capacità di lavorare seguendo linee guida e brand identity.
Esperienza nella progettazione di infografiche e contenuti editoriali.
Familiarità con Adobe Experience Manager (o altri CMS analoghi).
Conoscenza base dell'utilizzo di backend per l'aggiornamento di siti web.
Conoscenza dei principali strumenti di Intelligenza Artificiale applicati alla creatività (es., Firefly, Midjourney o equivalenti).
Conoscenze di base di montaggio video (Premiere Pro o software equivalenti).

We're looking for a curious and detail-oriented Freelance Digital Art Director (VAT number required) with a strong passion for design and digital communication. We're seeking someone who stays up to date with the latest trends and can combine aesthetic sensitivity, strategic thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
You will join our creative team and work on digital communication projects for both national and international brands. Your responsibilities will include designing and maintaining corporate websites, digital platforms, online campaigns, and other digital touchpoints, helping create effective, consistent, and engaging visual experiences.
We're looking for someone who can translate creative concepts, content, and brand guidelines into clear, functional, and high-quality design solutions that can be easily adapted across multiple channels, formats, and devices.
Key Responsibilities
Adapt graphic assets for different formats and platforms.
Conceptualize and create infographics and visual content.
Develop and maintain creative design templates and formats.
Produce digital communication materials.
Manage and update content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Occasionally update website content through backend platforms.
Support the creation of simple video content and light motion graphics.
Requirements
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including:
Photoshop
Illustrator
InDesign
Strong visual design skills, with great attention to detail and the ability to work within established brand guidelines and visual identities.
Experience designing infographics and editorial content.
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS platforms.
Basic knowledge of website backend interfaces for content updates.
Familiarity with leading AI-powered creative tools (such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or equivalent platforms).
Basic video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent software.
