ArrowSphere also offers integrated DevOps and customizable storefronts that enable end customers to manage their own transactions.
As part of the ArrowSphere Finops team, you will have to:
- Manage CloudHealth and VCSP (Broadcom) orders in the ArrowSphere Platform: From order placement to billing. You will assist the sales team in recording orders and ensure that all VCSP revenue is correctly invoiced and reconciled.
- Assist in the reconciliation of other suppliers' data with platform data. (Data such as: vendor catalog, subscription detail, billing).
- Participate in the correction of data in case of discrepancies
- Participate in the generation of the billing statement
- Prepare the materials to Arrow's AP team
- Respond to tickets related to the catalog and billing
You will help ensure that the business runs smoothly and effectively into ArrowSphere platform.
Skills / Experience required:
- 3+ years of experience (administrative and billing assistant)
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Ability to work with complicated system issues involving multiple environments
- Strong knowledge of Excel
