Clarion Security is seeking Armed Security Officers to provide security services at an active industrial and rail facility. Officers will maintain a visible security presence, conduct routine property patrols using a site-provided go-cart, monitor for suspicious activity and safety concerns, and promptly report unusual conditions or incidents. This is an overnight patrol position requiring officers to remain alert, work independently, and regularly patrol both indoor and outdoor areas of the property.

• Conduct routine security patrols throughout the property using a site-provided go-cart.
• Monitor the facility for unauthorized activity, security concerns, and potential hazards.
• Monitor access points and assist with access control as directed.
• Report damaged fencing, gates, doors, lighting, equipment, railcars, or other property concerns.
• Monitor activity around railcars, equipment, storage areas, and facility grounds.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies according to established procedures.
• Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports.
• Maintain professional communication with employees, contractors, visitors, and site personnel.
• Follow all Clarion Security and site-specific safety and security procedures.

• Valid Tennessee Armed Security Officer License required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong observation and communication skills.
• Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout an overnight shift.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to accurately document incidents and daily activities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
• Ability to follow all facility safety and security procedures.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to frequently enter and exit a go-cart during patrols.
• Ability to safely operate a go-cart throughout the property.
• Ability to walk across different surfaces and terrain.
• Ability to climb stairs and access designated areas of the facility.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform routine movements required during patrols.
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors.
• Ability to respond appropriately to security or emergency situations.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions during outdoor patrols.
