The Arizona Fall League is seeking a Finance Associate to assist the league office during 2025 season.
Responsibilities
- Process and maintain vendor invoices and payment records
- Assist in verifying and coding invoices for accurate payment processing
- Support the reconciliation of vendor statements and account balances
- Oversee player/coach reimbursement process
- Help manage the vendor payment cycle, including preparing payment batches
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial documentation
- Assist in maintaining vendor contact information and payment records
- Participate in month-end financial closing processes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel
- Strong work ethic, conscientious about timeliness and deadlines
- Desire to learn new tasks and support a team
- Expectation of 10-15 hours per week
- Position begins in late September and runs through mid-November
- Hourly stipend applies
Pay Range: $22.00 - 25.00 per hour
