The Role

The Arizona Fall League is seeking a Finance Associate to assist the league office during 2025 season.

Responsibilities

  • Process and maintain vendor invoices and payment records
  • Assist in verifying and coding invoices for accurate payment processing
  • Support the reconciliation of vendor statements and account balances
  • Oversee player/coach reimbursement process
  • Help manage the vendor payment cycle, including preparing payment batches
  • Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial documentation
  • Assist in maintaining vendor contact information and payment records
  • Participate in month-end financial closing processes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel
  • Strong work ethic, conscientious about timeliness and deadlines
  • Desire to learn new tasks and support a team
  • Expectation of 10-15 hours per week
  • Position begins in late September and runs through mid-November
  • Hourly stipend applies

Pay Range: $22.00 - 25.00 per hour
