BlackStone eIT is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated ARIS Engineer for a project-based position. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in ARIS to support our process management initiatives, ensuring the effective design, implementation, and optimization of business processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into efficient ARIS-based solutions.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with ARIS tools, process modeling, and process optimization.
- Familiarity with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and its application in ARIS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in conducting workshops and engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A solid understanding of business process management concepts and methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, meeting project deadlines.
