700Apps is looking for an experienced ARIS Support Consultant specializing in Business Process & Operations to join our team. In this role, you will provide support, configuration, and management of the ARIS platform to enhance our business process modeling capabilities. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and ensure that processes align with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide L1 and L2 support for ARIS
- Perform enhancements and bug resolution
- Support client operations and day-to-day activities
- Cover areas including ARIS Reports, Dashboards, APG, and Integration
- Provide expert support for ARIS tools related to business process modeling and management.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and optimization of business processes using the ARIS platform.
- Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications for ARIS.
- Develop and conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize the efficient use of ARIS tools.
- Monitor and troubleshoot ARIS applications, ensuring system reliability and performance.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of processes and ensure compliance with business standards.
- Support the integration of ARIS with other business systems and applications.
- Stay informed on industry trends and advancements related to business process management and ARIS technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an ARIS Support Consultant or in a similar role focused on business process optimization.
- Hands-on experience with ARIS tools and methodologies for business process modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration across teams.
- Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Ability to provide training and support to enhance user adoption of ARIS tools.
- Familiarity with business operations and an understanding of how technology supports business processes.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
