As an Area Human Resources Manager, you lead HR strategy and operations across multiple Sunrise communities, ensuring strong recruitment, compliance, and team member engagement. What You’ll Do: • Oversee full-cycle recruitment, job fairs, and hiring processes • Ensure compliance with Sunrise Hiring Standards and employment laws • Lead onboarding, orientation, and system access for new team members • Maintain HRIS, ATS, personnel files, and regulatory documentation • Manage unemployment and workers’ compensation claims • Serve as HR partner to department leaders on performance management • Lead employee relations matters and internal investigations • Drive team member engagement initiatives and action planning • Deliver HR systems and policy training for front-line staff • Maintain audit readiness and complete monthly compliance controls (MKCC) You play a vital leadership role in building engaged teams, protecting compliance, and strengthening the team member experience across your region.
