As a Document Review Specialist, you'll be responsible for the comprehensive review, management, and secure handling of critical documentation. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • In-depth Document Review: Conduct thorough reviews of sensitive documents to identify and correct errors, discrepancies, and inconsistencies, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory frameworks, internal policies, and industry standards.

  • Accurate Records Management: Precisely pick and retrieve files based on specific requests and inventory system instructions. This includes identifying documents for destruction according to company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Inventory System Proficiency: Utilize our inventory management systems and handheld scanning equipment (PDT) to accurately process inbound and outbound client orders, maintaining the integrity of inventory locations.

  • Asset Protection: Ensure client assets are securely handled and stored, including proper stacking and secure wrapping/strapping of sensitive or delicate information.

  • Quality & Compliance Assurance: Adhere to all system functions, processes, and site-specific requirements, including internal asset relocations, in line with Global Standards, Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO9001), and key operating standards like Sarbanes Oxley.

  • Team Support & Mentorship: Act as a mentor, providing training and coaching to new team members.

  • Health & Safety: Uphold all health and safety regulations and promote the security of company property, equipment, and systems.

What You'll Bring:
