The Senior Network Analyst is a network technical reference capable of designing, delivering, and evolving complex environments. Join Agropur to play a key role in the modernization, resilience, and performance of our network infrastructure, within a hybrid, multi-site, and industrial context. Reporting to the Director, IT Infrastructure, you will act as a senior expert supporting operations and architecture teams, translating business needs into secure, robust, and scalable network solutions.

What you will be responsible for on a day-to-day basis:


  • Design, document, and deploy network solutions aligned with business needs, factoring in capacity, security, performance, and cost.
  • Lead network projects end-to-end: detailed design, planning, implementation, transition to operations, hypercare, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as an L3/L4 technical expert for complex network issues, supporting teams in troubleshooting, resolution, and incident prevention.
  • Define standards, best practices, target architectures, performance metrics, and monitoring frameworks.
  • Contribute to the network technology roadmap and recommend innovative, automated, and secure solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT, OT, enterprise architecture teams, partners, and vendors to ensure coherent, reliable, and operational solutions.

 

The profile that will thrive in this role:


  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise networking, with clear progression toward a senior expert, engineering, or network architecture role.
  • Experience in hybrid and complex environments: on-premises, cloud, multi-site, and industrial or manufacturing contexts.
  • Strong mastery of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, BGP/OSPF routing, LAN, WAN, firewalls, and cloud connectivity.
  • Proven ability to deliver end-to-end projects, from detailed design to implementation and operationalization.
  • High level of autonomy in complex troubleshooting, with the ability to perform in-depth diagnostics without excessive reliance on vendors.
  • Experience with technologies such as Cisco, Palo Alto, SD-WAN, monitoring solutions, and cloud environments.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and ability to simplify complex concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Assets:


• Network, security, or cloud certifications such as Cisco CCNP/CCIE, Palo Alto PCNSE, Fortinet, or AWS Advanced Networking.
• Experience in automation, scripting, or programming applied to network operations.

  • 10+ years in complex enterprise network environments
  • Progression into architecture, engineering or consulting roles
  • Technical leadership on major network projects
  • Experience with hybrid environments (on‑premise, cloud, industrial/OT)
  • Networking protocols: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP
  • Cisco routing and switching and wireless technologies
  • Firewall experience (Palo Alto or equivalent)
  • SD‑WAN experience (Velocloud or equivalent)

  • ITIL mastery (incident, change, problem, asset management)

  • Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Advanced Networking, Azure)
  • Automation skills: Python, Ansible, APIs
  • Experience in manufacturing/industrial OT environments
