The expected pay range for this position is $150,000.00 - $190,000.00 USD annually, based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.The Architect is responsible for designing and implementing complex Workday solutions for clients. They will define the technical architecture, ensure seamless integration with other systems, and drive innovation to address clients' most challenging business needs. The Architect will collaborate with senior business and IT leaders to shape the strategic vision and provide actionable solutions.
Responsibilities:
Lead the technical design and architecture of Workday solutions, ensuring scalability and alignment with business goals.
Work with senior stakeholders to understand their strategic needs and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
Oversee the integration of Workday with other enterprise systems, ensuring smooth workflows and data consistency.
Provide guidance and mentorship to the consulting team, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to best practices.
Stay up-to-date on the latest Workday features and innovations, ensuring clients are leveraging cutting-edge solutions.
Lead troubleshooting efforts, addressing complex technical challenges and providing long-term solutions.
Requirements:
Expert-level experience with Workday architecture, configuration, and integration.
Proven ability to design and implement large-scale solutions and systems.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence senior business and technical leaders.
10+ years of experience in Workday or technology consulting.
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a related field.
