About the Role:

The Manager, Supply Chain Analytics & Innovation reports to the Senior Director, Supply Chain Operations and partners with Supply Chain leaders to identify, design and implement opportunities that improve operational efficiency, visibility and data-driven decision making across the Supply Chain function. This role serves as a key Supply Chain subject matter expert for process improvement, analytics, reporting and automation.

The Manager will assess existing processes and ways of working, identify opportunities to simplify and standardize operations and lead the development and implementation of improved processes, dashboards, reporting tools and practical automation solutions. The ideal candidate blends deep supply chain and operational knowledge with the technical rigor to write scripts, utilize data mining, build APIs and construct dashboards that reduce manual friction and drive global agility.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:

• Supply Chain Process Design & Optimization: Partner with Supply Chain leaders to assess, design and implement end-to-end processes across IMAX Supply Chain functions. Identify operational gaps, bottlenecks, manual activities and opportunities to improve efficiency, visibility and controls. Develop future-state processes, ownership models, roles, responsibilities and cross-functional handoffs that improve how work moves across the organization.
• Operational Improvement & Transformation Roadmap: Work with Supply Chain leadership to establish and manage a prioritized roadmap of process, reporting, analytics, automation, operational improvement initiatives. Evaluate opportunities based on business impact, risk, effort, dependencies, resource requirements and expected financial or service benefits, and help leadership determine where investment and resources should be focused.
• Supply Chain Analytics and Decision Support: Develop and standardize KPI’s, performance measures and analytical approaches that provide leadership with meaningful insight into Supply Chain performance. Translate operational data and trends into clear insights, risks, opportunities and recommended actions to support business planning and decision-making.
• Reporting, Dashboards and Management Visibility: Partner with Supply Chain leaders to identify the information and visibility required to effectively manage operations and make timely decisions. Lead the design and implementation of dashboards, scorecards, exception reporting and recurring management reports across areas such as planning, inventory, shortages, capacity, logistics, supplier performance, cost and operational risk.
• Process, Reporting and Technology solutions: Act as a key Supply Chain business partner for process, reporting and technology-enabled improvements. Translate operational challenges and business needs into practical solutions, including process redesign, reporting enhancements, workflow improvements, automation and system requirements. Partner with Technology, Business Analysts and other stakeholders to ensure solutions are designed around Supply Chain requirements and priorities.
• Implementation and Change Leadership: Lead the business implementation of Supply Chain process and reporting improvements, including stakeholder alignment, testing, documentation, training, communication and adoption. Establish clear implementation plans and work with functional leaders to ensure new processes and tools are successfully embedded into day-to-day operations.
• Automation, AI and Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to simplify and automate repetitive or manual Supply Chain activities through approved automation, AI and reporting tools. Develop business solutions or prototypes where appropriate and partner with Technology on more complex integrations, governance, and production deployment.
• Business Case and Benefits Realization: Develop business cases and recommendations for improvement initiatives, including expected operational, financial and productivity benefits. Establish baseline measures and targets and monitor whether implemented solutions are delivering improvements in cost, lead-time, service, quality, working-capital, capacity and productivity.
• Continuous Improvement and Standardization: Build sustainable continuous improvement practices across Supply Chain by helping leaders establish standard processes, operating routines and performance measures. Promote structured problem-solving and data-driven decision-making while ensuring improvements can be maintained and scaled across the department.
• Strategic Supply Chain Partnership: Serve as a trusted partner to Supply Chain leadership by proactively identifying emerging operational needs, capability gaps and opportunities to improve how the department operates. Provide recommendations on process, analytics, reporting, technology and automation priorities and help translate Supply Chain strategy into practical operational improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 5-7 years of progressive experience Supply Chain operations, business/process improvement, analytics, reporting, automation, or a related function, with demonstrated experience leading or implementing operational improvement initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to build solutions, small apps, and automated processes to digitize supply chain operations and replace manual activities.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes and the interdependencies between functions such as planning, procurement, inventory/materials management, manufacturing, logistics and supplier management
• Demonstrated experience assessing, designing and improving business processes, including documenting current state processes, identifying gaps and inefficiencies, developing future state workflows, clarifying ownership and implementing sustainable improvements.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Smartsheets or similar workflow/project management platforms to support operational processes, reporting, workflow management and cross functional visibility. Advanced Smartsheet capabilities such as Control Center, DataMesh, and Dynamic View, are considered an asset.
• Hands-on experience using Power BI or comparable business intelligence tools for data modeling, visualization, and building operational dashboards from multiple data sources.
• Strong experience developing and maintaining operational dashboards, reporting and analytics that translate business data into meaningful KPI’s, trends, risks and actionable insights for leadership.
• Proficiency with Power BI or comparable business intelligence and visualization tools, including experience working with data from multiple sources to develop management reporting and decision support tools
• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for process automation and digitization, evaluate appropriate tools and collaborate closely with Technology teams to implement practical, scalable solutions.

Hiring Range / Échelle salariale à l’embauche :

$98,581.50 / 98.581,50$ - $115,011.75 / 115.011,75$ (per year / par an) Final pay within this range will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and the geographic location of the role.
