  • Lead the production of graphic presentations, and oversee the development of detailed construction drawings
  • Guide the production of plans, elevations, details, specifications, and material selections essential for construction execution
  • In partnership with Project Management, provide leadership and technical direction throughout all phases of project execution, ensuring high-quality documentation and support
  • Communicate design concepts and strategies effectively to project teams and stakeholders
  • In partnership with Project Management, manage client expectations, enhance team communication, and ensure seamless coordination with consultants to maintain project alignment
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term, productive client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor

  • Champion Gensler’s diversity and inclusion goals with respect to staff, partners, and consultants

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture required from an accredited program

  • Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3D, including Enscape, VRay, Grasshopper, Rhino and other visualization software
  • Ground up building architectural experience and/ or Interior architectural experience (ideally both!)

  • Strong leadership, organization, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Hand rendering skills to communicate design concepts are a plus
  • Licensed / Registered Architect (If you are in the process of taking exams, feel free to contact [email protected] to discuss a similar role.)
  • LEED accreditation is a plus
  • Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and sustainable building practices; Portfolios should include at least one project (especially built projects with LEED, Living Building Challenge, WELL Building Standard, Fitwel, and/or Net Zero Building certification) with this particular focus, which we look forward to discussing during the interview

Please include a portfolio for full consideration.
