The opportunity with us as an Architect/Designer 

We are looking for an Architect/Designer to join our growing Sydney team. Reporting to the directors and project leads, you will be part of a collaborative team delivering complex, large-scale, mission-critical architectural projects, including data centres and specialised infrastructure. Our current portfolio includes multi-billion-dollar high profile data centre projects and a very robust pipeline of future work.  

You will be: 

  • Working on complex, multi-phase projects with a focus on achieving high-quality outcomes and compliance with regulations. 
  • Involved in project delivery across detail design, documentation, coordination, and construction support, ensuring projects are delivered in line with design intent. 
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external consultants to ensure alignment across all project stages. 
  • Preparing and reviewing detailed drawings and models to support accurate project documentation. 
  • Supporting project timelines, deliverables, and quality outcomes across multiple project phases 

We’re looking for someone who has: 

  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant architectural experience. 
  • Solid understanding of Australian building codes.   
  • Strong level of technical/construction knowledge is highly regarded. 
  • Good understanding of design and construction documentation. 
  • Revit proficiency is essential. 
  • Rendering (Enscape, Lumion) and Adobe Indesign, Photoshop skills will also be highly regarded. 
  • Experience working in complex commercial or large scale multi-residential projects in delivery phase is highly regarded.
