Job SummaryThe Archer Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day Archer operations, creating documentation and providing end-user support. The Archer Administrator will support the Archer (SaaS) development and implementation for the credit union. They will work directly within the Archer application, supporting the administration, maintenance and ongoing development of the platform.

SCHEDULE

To be effective, an individual must be able to perform each job duty successfully.
- Day-to-day technical administration of the Archer platform
- Manage upgrades and patching across all Archer environments
- Manage and facilitate all changes to Dev, UAT, and Production environment
- Work with business units to upload and maintain Archer. Perform revisions as necessary
- Maintain Archer procedure documentation
- Creation and refinement of reporting and documentation for change requests
- Assist in preparation of formal documentation, including requirements specifications, system design documents, use case, and other operations manuals
- Creation of dashboards and additional mapping for new or revised policies, standards and controls
- Provide administrative support to module owners
- Provide support when production issues occur
- Manage internal ticket queue for Archer break/fix incidents
- Maintains an understanding of all core components of Archer development (i.e., Role/Groups/Record Permissions, Fields/Layouts, Data Driven Events, Advanced Workflow, Notifications, Calculated Fields)
- Install, test and deploy new applications, solutions or modules in Archer
- Review all internal operating policies, programs, and procedures periodically
- Assist Risk Management teams with data and analytics requests from Archer
- Develop and maintain an effective working relationship with business units and management
- Continually look for ways to reduce manual tasks by learning capabilities of Archer
- Utilizes judgment and responsibility in fulfilling department functions using the credit union policies and the hierarchy of decision making
- Performs other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES

Experience
- 2+ years’ experience with supporting Archer Applications/solutions or hands-on development with the Archer platform
- Experience in the development, maintenance, testing, and support of Archer GRC applications
- Risk management and GRC experience preferred
Education
- Four-year college degree in business, accounting, IT, cybersecurity or similar administration field OR 2 additional years combined experience in a risk management setting.
Licenses, Certifications, Registrations
- Archer Administrator I & II
- GRC, Risk, or related certifications preferred
Managerial Responsibility

Computer/Office Equipment Skills
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience with analytical and reporting software preferred
- Experience with Archer or another financial institution’s software
Language Skills
- Demonstrated ability to clearly express ideas, methodology, results, and recommendations verbally, in writing and through insightful reports and graphic illustrations
- Demonstrated ability to document outcomes and present information in a manner appropriate for key stakeholders and all levels of the organization

- Self-starter with strong organizing and time management skills and the ability to work productively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and timelines
