In Ihrer Rolle als Arbeitsrechtler (m/w/d) mit europäischem Fokus am Standort Berlin verantworten Sie die rechtliche Unterstützung der Aktivitäten der Materials Solution Division (Atotech) sowie der weiteren MKS-Unternehmensbereiche in Europa. Dabei beraten Sie die Geschäftsleitung und Fachabteilungen zu arbeitsrechtlichen Sachverhalten.
Ihre Verantwortung
- Betreuung individual- und kollektivrechtlicher Fragestellungen in der Region Europa, insbesondere in Deutschland, Frankreich, Italien und Spanien
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren HR Business Partnern und dem HR-Management
- Koordinierung externer Rechtsberater
- Ausarbeitung arbeitsrechtlicher Dokumente
- Beratung des Unternehmens zu neuen arbeitsrechtlichen Regelungen (z. B. EU-Richtlinie zur Entgelttransparenz, EU-KI-Verordnung, etc.)
- Vertretung vor Arbeitsgerichten in Deutschland
- Sie halten intern Schulungen zu arbeitsrechtlichen Themen
Ihre Kompetenzen und Fähigkeiten
- Juristisches Staatsexamen oder eine vergleichbare rechtliche Qualifikation
- Eine für diese Rolle entsprechende Berufserfahrung in einem internationalen Unternehmen oder einer Anwaltskanzlei
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse, idealerweise bei Auslandsaufenthalten erworben. Weitere europäische Sprachen sind ein Plus
- Erfahrung in der Ausgestaltung und Verhandlung von Verträgen
- Zielgerichtete, selbständige Arbeitsweise, Verschwiegenheit und Zuverlässigkeit
- Sicheres Auftreten, Kontaktstärke und Teamgeist sowie die Fähigkeit und Bereitschaft, sich schnell auf wechselnde Problemfelder, Aufgaben und Themen einzustellen
