The Role

Ni2 Health is actively recruiting for an AR Follow Up Team Lead to join our Revenue Cycle Team to oversee a team responsible for billing, collections, or denial management.  The ideal candidate is action oriented and looking to learn and grow with Ni2 to advance within the organization.  The AR Follow Up Team Lead will: 

  • Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the revenue cycle team
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue cycle efficiency and performance
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and financial metrics
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to revenue cycle staff
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address revenue cycle issues
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS 
Applicants must submit a full CV, cover letter and updated resume to be considered. 
Position is remote. 
Minimum Job Requirements 

  • High School Diploma (College degree preferred) 
  • 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable or revenue cycle management
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • Experience with Epic
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills 
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook

Compensation Package 

  • Hourly wage based on experience
