We are looking for AR Intern to join core team of our Shared Service Centre in Warsaw to help us in the year end closing activities. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable operations within a dynamic international finance environment within one of the oldest continuously running companies in the world.
You’ll be part of a team focused on supporting AR processes for a given region. You’ll gain insight into how receivables are managed, how customer accounts are maintained, and how we ensure timely collections and accurate reporting.
Supporting AR operations by following Standard Operating Procedures
Assisting with customer account reconciliations and payment allocations
Helping with dunning processes and resolving open items
Supporting month-end closing activities and reporting tasks
Interest in finance/accounting and willingness to learn
Good command of English (B2 level or higher), knowledge of German will be a plus
Basic knowledge of Excel; familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
Availability 5 days a week (occasionally 4 days)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proactive attitude and good communication skills
