Join Our Team as an Accounts Receivable Associate – Waconia, MN! you detail-oriented, analytical, and thrive in a collaborative environment? We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable (A/R) Associate to join our team at our beautiful Waconia, MI office! In this critical role, you’ll be part of a cross-functional team responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices, credit memos, deductions, and special billings across multiple business channels. You'll also play a key part in reconciliation efforts and regular reporting, working closely with Sales, Customer Care, and other departments to resolve billing and invoicing discrepancies.
What You’ll DoProcess daily billing, invoicing, and credit requests
Partner with other departments to research, validate, and resolve billing issues
Run reports, analyze data, and identify invoicing discrepancies and delays
Provide documentation to support audits and compliance needs
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and root-cause issue resolution
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years’ experience in billing, A/R, or a related finance function
Intermediate Excel skills; familiarity with Outlook and Word
Ability to work across multiple ERP systems (preferred)
Strong communication and analytical skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
Previous experience supporting audits or compliance reviews
Demonstrated success in a collaborative, cross-functional team setting
