Job Description:
Customer account analysis
Contact with countries, various UPS entities, and departments
Cooperation with customers, collectors, and operations
Preparing daily reconciliations
Preparing data and documentation for GL postings
Direct debit processing from different bank platforms
Preparing refunds for customers and documentation for AP
We expect from the applicants:
Good command of English and Dutch (written and spoken)
Problem-solving attitude
High data entry accuracy
Good knowledge of MS Office applications
Ability to work in a team
Good time management skills
Very well-organized
Basic knowledge of accounting
At least 6 months of employment in the current position in GBS (for internal candidates)
