Key responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of all Operational and Attraction specific documents and work flows, as they relate to the day to day operation of the park.
- Responsible for the overall safety of all Guest and Colleagues within and while visiting Qiddiya Water Theme Park, with a Commitment to Zero Drownings and the Loss of Life Due to Drowning
- Responsible for Guest Safety and Satisfaction in line with Aquatic Risk Management, Qiddiya Core Values and Mission Statement, Local and International Standards and Requirements, Guest Satisfaction Key Performance Indicators and Guest Feedback and Experiences
- Respond to and assist in any Medical Emergency within the scope of Certification & Training
- Assist Guest with any lost party or separation from children as well as lost property
- Participation in various Public Relations and Marketing Activities to promote Qiddiya Water Theme Park
- Representative of Qiddiya Water Theme Park during internal and external audits as they relate to the Water Theme Park overall operation and Aquatic operation
- Work alongside support departments such a Finance, Maintenance, Health and Safety, Procurement, Human Resources, Information Technology to ensure Operational, Colleague, and Guest Requirements are met
- To perform all water related, slide related and attraction related rescue techniques as well as First Aid care
- Ensure that the WTP is Fun, for Guest and Colleagues and oneself
Requirements
- Background and practical skills related to water sports.
- Prior experience in the water theme park sector.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, with strong communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills.
- Holds specialized aquatics-related certifications.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and before or after operational hours for trainings is a plus.

- Meet basic requirements of an ITLP Lifeguard / Instructor License (maintain license at all times)
- Certification and training to respond to medical emergencies (first aid/CPR) within scope of training

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and non-operational hours as required
- Physical ability: prolonged standing, climb stairs, access ride platforms, swim and dive for inspections and rescues

- 20/20 vision or corrective lenses (including sunglasses)
