Doctorat complété ou en voie d’être complété en développement international ou dans un domaine connexe; une expérience dans l’enseignement universitaire constitue un atout. Les sujets possibles dans le domaine de « la croissance économique, secteur privé et inclusion sociale » pourraient s’inspirer des thèmes de la pauvreté et les inégalités, l’économie solidaire, les pays BRICS+ ou des partenariats public-privé, etc. À moins que le sujet de ce séminaire avancé ne soit déjà fixé par lÉDIM, les candidat-es doivent faire approuver le sujet quelles ou ils proposent par le département. Dans les deux cas, les candidat-es doivent soumettre une ébauche de plan de cours (un à deux pages) indiquant comment ils-elles entendent répondre aux attentes du cours (thème, contenu, littérature, pédagogie).”
