Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement transfer pricing policies and strategies for multinational corporations.
- Analyze financial data and other information to determine appropriate transfer prices for goods, services, or intangible assets.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations related to transfer pricing in different countries.
- Communicate with tax authorities in different countries to address transfer pricing issues.
- Provide advice and guidance to other departments within the corporation on transfer pricing matters.
- Prepare transfer pricing documentation in accordance with local regulations.
- Conduct transfer pricing audits and risk assessments.
- Stay up to date with changes in transfer pricing regulations and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as finance, legal, and tax professionals, to ensure compliance and minimize tax risk.
- Manage and mentor transfer pricing team members.
Qualifications:
- Shifting Schedule (depending on business/client needs)
- Hybrid Set up (2 days onsite, 3 days work from home) either in Clark or Makati Site.
- 5+ years of transfer pricing experience.
- Bachelor's in Accounting or business related field required.
- CPA certification preferred, not required
- Good knowledge and understanding of transfer pricing concepts, including transfer of intellectual property, transfers of tangible goods and other financial transactions.
- Considerable knowledge of managing functional analyses interviews to identify and assess clients' cross-border intercompany transactions.
- Working knowledge of performing market studies and industry research
- Strong technical skills, including assisting project managers in performing functional analyses interviews to identify and assess clients' cross-border intercompany transactions, designing and developing financial models and writing local company transfer pricing documentation and planning studies.
- Knowledge of tax laws and regulations related to transfer pricing in different countries.
