Position Responsibilities:
- Ensures Balance Sheets reconciliation are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.
- Register and manage fixed assets and prepaids in Workday modules; run monthly amortization
and depreciation. - Prepare journal entries for accruals, recurring and one-time transactions.
- Assist in daily cash recording and ad hoc banking tasks.
- Investigate and resolve variance analysis issues.
- Prepare Revenue Journals
- Support audit requirements and seasonal tasks (e.g., 1099 reporting).
- Maintain vendor listings and coordinate with AP team for accrual completeness.
- Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate on ad hoc projects and strategic analysis with senior management.
- Work closely with U.S.-based teams and other global offices.
- Provide guidance to junior associates, assist in training and provide support to manager.
Qualifications:
- A valid CPA license is preferred for this role.
- Amenable to work night shift, 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM PHT.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling) and PowerPoint.
- Experience with ERP systems (Workday preferred).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Preferred: Experience in shared services or global business services environment.
