  • Coordinate with internal deal owners to ensure all updates are reflected in the system

Reporting & Data Support

  • Generate weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports to summarize deal activity, pipeline health, and performance metrics
  • Create and maintain dashboards that visualize key trends and help support strategic planning
  • Respond to data requests from the Corporate Development team, ensuring high-quality and error-free outputs

Data Integrity & Quality Control

  • Perform regular audits of the HubSpot CRM to identify and correct incomplete or outdated information
  • Document processes and maintain internal playbooks for CRM usage and reporting best practices
  • Track and archive historical deal data for future reference and internal review

Process Improvement Support

  • Help identify opportunities to streamline reporting and CRM workflows
  • Assist with the rollout of updates to HubSpot pipelines, custom fields, or automation where appropriate
  • Support special projects and internal initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a reporting, business operations, or data management role
  • Hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently, with experience in distributed team environments a plus
