Position Responsibilities:
- Process sponsorships and charity paperwork — prepare and track the documentation for sponsorships and charitable commitments under the manager’s direction.
- Coordinate ad and collateral production — open and manage production tasks in the project management tool, route work to the design team, track edits, and file finished assets in the brand asset library.
- Process invoices and payments — submit invoices for payment, follow up on payment status, and log spend against the right budgets.
- Handle event logistics — track registrations, pull and format attendee lists, coordinate with events team to ensure booth and conference orders, update event calendars, support production of onsite collateral.
- Manage CRM lists and data — load and clean lists in the CRM, reconcile pre- and post-event lists, and run contact and list pulls from approved data sources.
- Pull recurring reports — run standard pipeline, ROI, and growth-input reports on a set cadence so U.S. teams have what they need to interpret and act.
The Go-To-Market Operations Coordinator is the execution engine of the offshore team. You handle the repeatable production and data work that keeps Aprio’s regional, industry and partnership marketing running — processing sponsorship and payment paperwork, coordinating ad and collateral production, managing event logistics, and keeping CRM lists and reports clean and current. You work under the manager’s direction and help make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Qualifications:
- Two or more years in a marketing coordination, marketing administration, or operations support role.
- Comfort with data entry and list management in a CRM or marketing automation platform (HubSpot a plus) and with a project management tool.
- Strong attention to detail, especially with numbers, lists, and documents.
- Clear written and spoken English, and reliable, organized follow-through on routine tasks.
- A dependable, service-minded attitude and care for accurate, tidy work.
- Amenable to a hybrid work arrangement (2 days onsite and 3 days WFH), with full-time onsite work required during the first 2 months.
- Amenable to working on a nightshift schedule (8pm - 5am PHT)
Skills Required
