Join Aprio's Growth Team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for an Content Developer to join their dynamic team. 


As a Content Developer at Aprio, you will work closely with the Senior Marketing Content Manager and collaborate with the Content Development team. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Copywriting: Producing written content for various marketing segments, with a primary focus on email campaign copy, event copy, bios, online seminar copy, case studies and customer testimonials.
  • Editing and Proofreading: Ensuring the quality and accuracy of written materials.
  • Content Enhancement: Using Aprio's ChatGPT tool and Grammarly (or other in-house tools) to further improve your written work.
  • Independent Work: Conducting interviews and managing writing tasks with minimal direction.
  • Project Management: Using ClickUp as our project management software to organize and track assignments.
  • Brand Adherence: Writing in accordance with AP Style standards and following Aprio's brand guidelines.
  • Timely Delivery: Meeting tight deadlines by turning around writing assignments within 3 to 5 business days or less when required.
  • Collaboration: Attending virtual monthly team meetings and collaborating within the Philippines-based Growth team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in web writing, content writing, editing or social media marketing.
  • Experience writing web content that is optimized for search, writing to SEO briefs, optimizing long form blog copy for keywords, and using a tool like SEM Rush or Conductor to conduct SEO research and generate article outlines and topic ideas
  • Experience using AI (Artificial Intelligence) tools (such as ChatGPT and Grammarly) to enhance and refine copy.
  • Experience writing for the tax, insurance or finance industry is a plus.
  • Experience conducting interviews, working from creative briefs and taking direction.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal direction.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Familiarity or experience working with the Associated Press (AP) Stylebook is a plus.
  • Must be Amenable to work on a graveyard shift (Eastern Time zone)
