Position Responsibilities:
- Oversee the export and import of historical data as needed.
- Execute daily imports of sales data from various Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Daily review of sales entries, prioritizing clients and ensuring accuracy.
- Regular scrutiny of the activity log for errors, with prompt corrective actions.
- Access and participate in training sessions to enhance proficiency in Sage Intacct modules and configurations.
- Replicate and create reports, dashboards, and contribute to the overall setup of Sage Intacct.
- Assist in resolving help desk tickets related to Sage Intacct, leveraging advanced understanding and expertise in the software.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or any related field.
- In-depth knowledge of Sage Intacct functionalities.
- Proficient in Vlookups, Filters, and Pivot tables.
- Ability to differentiate between balance sheet and income statement entries.
- Proficiency in working with and understanding journal entries.
- Ability to develop checks and balances confirm data accuracy
- Independent thinker with aptitude to Identify potential ways to expedite existing processes
- Detail-oriented and process-driven individual with clear and effective communication skills.
- Amenable to work on a hybrid work setup in Makati or Clark (note that initially, this requires to work onsite for the 1st 2 months)
